A movement facility founded, owned and operated by a collection of passionate movement practitioners & explorers.
It all started in a humble, uninsulated garage in the Cathedral neighbourhood of Regina, Saskatchewan.
Darci Anderson founded Flux in 2008.
Teaching Excellence
Our commitment to movement research, study and practice is of the highest order.
Our teachers study and learn from movement artists and teachers all around the globe. In addition to this global research, our teachers are committed to a rigorous daily movement practice. It is this daily commitment that makes our facility such a unique place to learn, grow and adapt.
Our teachers have the experience to help their students not only succeed, but expand their horizon of possibilities.
A space of difference
We believe in strength through difference - the more diverse and varied our collective body is, the stronger is our community. We don't care what you look like, or how old you are. What we do care about is cultivating a movement community that learns from and appreciates diverse histories and experiences.
