2016 Heal Your Gut Challenge

One of the classic characters bred by american culture of the past century and a half is the health fanantic, the man who (in Twain's phraseology) eats what he doesn't want, drinks what he doesn't like, and does what he'd druther not, all the while smugly announcing himself to be energetic, joyful, and certain of long life, and exorting his errant neighbour to reform.

How this challenge works
There will be daily goals to hit for both food and activity. Some foods will earn you points, while others will cost you points. It is each person’s responsibility to accurately and honestly track their daily achievements. Please make copies of the tracking form attached to use for the duration of the challenge.
Team Registration:
Please register a team of 2-4 people, include a team name and your list of team members. In this challenge it will be a great support to have others encouraging one another to stay on track and complete the daily check list of foods and activities. Please submit your team entry and registration fee to Ariane.
Feeling a little on the competitive side?
Register your team and include $10 per person to enter into the prize option of this challenge. Teams will submit their weekly reports to have points tracked and the teams with the best overall points will receive a prize package that will allow them to further Heal Their Gut!
Team scores will be averaged and tracked to decide a winner at the end of the challenge.
