In June 2016 Flux School of Human Movement put a call out to any artist who was interested in creating a public piece of art that invites physical play, creative practice and collaboration. Our intention with this public structure was to rupture the typical rhythms of daily life and encourage people to use their everyday surroundings to create physical games and movement puzzles.

Flux members, families and friends-
You are invited to join us for a Fall Feast on Saturday, September 17th at 4pm in the Flux Community Garden and Annex.
Celebrate the Flux Community Garden harvest and the end of summer with a potluck meal among friends.
Charity & Darci will be roasting chickens from Cool Springs Ranch and we invite you to bring your favourite side-dish as your potluck contribution.
Supper will start around 5pm so we can enjoy the last little bit of daylight before gathering around the fire pits when the sun goes down.

The 2nd annual Flux Summer Festival is coming up this Saturday!
You have until the end of the day TODAY to register and pay your fees. Teams will be announced tomorrow, Tuesday, July 12th.

6:30PM - Potluck BBQ & Party @ Turf Playground
Charity & Darci will be providing the meat for the BBQ, and you are all welcome to bring a side dish or salad to share.
Alcoholic beverages will be available at a cash bar.

Garden planting 2016 is starting tomorrow, Saturday, May 14th.
Mieka and Ariane are prepping the bins and getting everything sorted out in the morning; everyone is welcome to come help at that point, or wait until the day gets warmer to come down and plant.
Come by the garden patch around noon to help with the planting.
You can still sign up to be on a team and you don't have to be here for the planting to be on a team.
Mieka and Ariane will make sure that all the bins get planted (some items tomorrow; others later in May).
Each team's job will be to have fun, play in dirt, make new friends, clean out some weeds, and eat some veggies over the summer.
